Select People
, then do one of the following:-
To edit an existing contact's business card: In the contact list, double-click the contact to open it.

To create a new business card from scratch: On the Home tab of the ribbon, select New Contact.

On the Contact tab, select Business Card to open it for editing.
3. Add information to the electronic business card and format it as needed, then select OK.
