Specify on which page to place a copy of the selected shapes and their subordinates, and how to treat the department manager's subordinates on the original page. The copy is synchronized, which means that changes you make to text or shape data on either page are made to the duplicate shapes on both pages.

Notes:

  • Changes other than changes to text or shape data are not synchronized. For example, if you delete a synchronized shape, only that shape on that page is deleted. The synchronized copies on other pages remain.

  • If shapes include pictures, the pictures are included in the synchronized copies.

New page

Click to create a new page in your organization chart drawing on which to place a copy of a department from the original page.

Existing page

Click to place a copy of a department from the original page onto a page that already exists in your organization chart document. Select the page you want.

Note: You can't place the synchronized copy on the same page as the original shape or on the same page as another synchronized copy of the same shape.

Hide subordinates on original page

Select to hide the subordinates on the original page. The appearance of the superior shape changes to indicate that its subordinates are hidden.
