ISSUE

Customers report that there is an ongoing issue in new Outlook for Windows where signature add-ins, including CodeTwo, cause delays in sending emails due to slow inline image loading. Emails composed in new Outlook for Windows with images in the signature are stuck in the Outbox and not sent.

STATUS: WORKAROUND

The Outlook team has released a fix, and the rollout should be completed by September 22nd or sooner.

WORKAROUND

Uninstall the signature add-ins and/or remove inline images from signature.
