In classic Outlook, select Reply on the toolbar in the message you want to reply to.

 On the Message tab, select
 Copilot and choose  Draft with Copilot. -
Under
 Try Draft with Copilot, type a description of what you want to say. and select Generate. -
Copilot writes a draft. When you are satisfied with a draft, select Keep.Â

The draft is placed in a reply message in classic Outlook​​​​​​​. If needed, you can manually touch it up, then select Send.

In new Outlook, select Reply on the toolbar in the message you want to reply to.

 At the bottom of the message, under
 ​​​​​​​Copilot suggested drafts, select a proposed message theme, or select  ​​​​​​​Custom to describe the message you want. -
Copilot writes a draft. After seeing the first draft, you can select
 Edit prompt to change the Tone or Length, Copilot generates another draft. -
When you are satisfied with a draft, select Keep.Â

At that point, the draft is placed in a reply message in new Outlook​​​​​​​. If needed, you can manually touch it up, then select Send.
