Edit a channel's title

On the left, select Teams  and choose any channel except General.

Select the ellipsis (...) and then Edit channel.

Update the Channel name and optionally, the Description. 
Tip: Press Windows + . (period) to add an emoji to the title. 

If shown, select Automatically show this channel in everyone’s channel list if you'd like and then Save.
