In the left folder pane, select the group to edit.

On the Home tab, select Group Settings and choose Edit Group.

Add or update information and select OK to save your changes.
Tip: To edit a contact group, see Edit a contact group.

On the left navigation bar, select Go to Groups.

In the list on the left, select the group to edit.

The editing options available are:

Owners of a group can select Edit group or Add members on the Home tab to make changes.

Members and owners can select
Add members or open Settings and Leave group.
