Educate users on how to get the most out of your organization's Viva Engage tenant.
Profile settings

Choose Settings > Edit Settings to fill out your Viva Engage profile.
Viva Engage automatically pulls in user info from your organization's directory.

Complete at least three profile fields, such as About me, Expertise, and Interests.

Select Save.
Notification settings

Choose Settings > Notifications to set email preferences.

Select the settings you want.

Select Save.
Find community and search

Select Follow to connect with coworkers in a community.
This personalizes which communities and discussions you see on your Viva Engage feed.

Use Search to find experts, conversations, and files, and then select Join Community to stay informed and connected with your Community.

Join your organization's Viva Engage 101 Community and ask questions and learn how Viva Engage helps you get work done.
Interact in a community

Select Like to connect with a coworker and show that you agree with or enjoy their ideas.

Select Write a reply to respond to a coworker's message.

To write a post in a community:

Select Update to type a message and introduce yourself.

@mention someone to loop them in.

Select Post.

Use the Viva Engage mobile app

Go to your device's app store.

Search for "Microsoft Viva Engage" to download and install the app.
