Embed a font in a presentation

1. Open the File tab and select Options > Save.

2. Under Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation, select Embed fonts in the file.

3. Select OK.

1. On the PowerPoint menu, select Preferences.

2. In the dialog box, under Output and Sharing, select Save.

3. Under Font Embedding, select Embed fonts in the file.

You can't embed fonts in your presentation in PowerPoint for the web, unfortunately. But you can if you buy and install the desktop app. Once it's installed, select the File menu at the top, and then Options.
