View data about your team's schedule, such as the number of paid hours per worker for a given time period, by exporting the schedule data to an Excel workbook.

Note: If your organization uses a time clock, see Export time reporting.

If, on the other hand, you want to export the schedule to make some changes using Excel and then import the schedule back to Shifts, see Fill out or edit a Shifts schedule in Excel.

Export schedule data

  1. In Shifts, go to the team schedule.

  2. Go to More options Teams more options icon at the top right of the Schedule page, and then select Export schedule.

  3. Choose the start and end dates for the timeframe you want to export.

  4. To include shift notes, daily hours, or time off, check the corresponding boxes.

  5. Select Export.
