If you get an error message that says we can’t verify your account or your product isn’t licensed, it’s likely the Office software is licensed for a limited number of users or we weren’t able to identify your account. These error messages can occur when you use Office on a computer that's shared with other people, or when you access Office remotely.
To gain access to Word, Excel, Outlook and other Office apps, look in the list below and try the solution that matches the error you received. In some cases, you might need to contact your admin for help.
