Get help installing Office 2021, 2019, or 2016

	Issue	Solution
	Download & install	Download taking too long? Switch to a wired connection if you can. If that doesn’t help, you might need to temporarily turn off your anti-virus software or firewall. Looking for 64-bit Microsoft 365? Sometimes, the 64-bit version of Microsoft 365 is the right choice. Learn about the differences and how to install it.
	Activate and start Microsoft 365	Just want to know how to activate your new install of Microsoft 365? Look at Activate Office. Did you get an Unlicensed Product error? Look at Unlicensed Product and activation errors in Office for possible solutions. Can’t find Microsoft 365? See Can't find Office applications in Windows 10, Windows 8, or Windows 7?
	Move Microsoft 365 to another computer	Uninstall Office from the original computer. On the new computer, sign in to your My Account page and click Install. After you finish installing, you may be asked to activate Microsoft 365 over the phone.
	Product key	Looking for your product key? You don't need one anymore! Simply choose Install after you sign in to your account portal page while you're connected to the Internet and Microsoft 365 will install and activate automatically.
