In Outlook 2013, press F1 on your keyboard, or select the question mark icon on the top right corner. Then type your question in the Search online help box.
In Outlook 2016, press F1 on your keyboard to type your question in the Search online help box, or enter your question directly in the Tell me box above the ribbon. The Tell me box, also helps you go directly to some of the features that you're looking for.
