Go to File > Options.

On the Add-Ins tab in the Manage box, choose Excel Add-ins, and select Go.

In the Add-Ins box select the Analysis ToolPak checkbox

Select OK.

Go to Tools on the top toolbar and choose Excel Add-ins.

Choose Analysis ToolPak and select OK.

Adding the Data Analysis ToolPak isn't currently possible in Excel for the web. You can, however, add the Data Analysis ToolPak in the Excel desktop app.

To open the desktop app, at the top of the ribbon, select Editing > Open in Desktop App.
