Use the Grid Column shape to create columns in a dialog box, such as in the My Documents folder in Details view.

To create this kind of grid:

  1. Place Grid Column shapes side by side to create columns for a dialog box.

  2. Right-click the shape and select First Row is Header Cell and clear Show Row Lines.
