Grouping, also known as Outlining, is used to organize data and let you expand or collapse areas more easily.

Select the columns to include the group.

Select the Data tab and thenÂ
 Group in the Outline area. You can also press Ctrl+Shift+Right Arrow.Â
Tip: To ungroup, go to Data and selectÂ
