Grouping, also known as Outlining, is used to organize data and let you expand or collapse areas more easily.

  1. Select the columns to include the group.

  2. Select the Data tab and then  Group buttonGroup in the Outline area.
    You can also press option+shift+right arrow

    Tip: To ungroup, go to Data and select  Ungroup buttonUngroup, or press option+shift+left arrow
