How do I contact GroupMe Customer Services?

After reading the GroupMe support articles if you still have any queries, feel free to contact us. Our friendly staff is available and ready to help you. However, we don't provide support over the phone.

You can contact us for help with:

  • Deleting your account

  • Technical issues

When contacting us, please provide the following information:

  • The group ID & group name (if your request is to do with a specific group).

  • The email address you registered with.

  • The phone number you registered with (include the country code).

  • The exact purpose of your request.

For example, if you want to change your phone number, tell us what your registered phone number is and the number you want to change it to.

If you don't know some of the above information, please provide as much detail as possible.
