Tap on the body of the notification to open the full mail on the Watch. Swiping the mail notification card from right to left shows supported actions (like Archive/Schedule/Reply, etc.).
The first two notification actions match the swipe actions set on the phone.
You have access to more actions if you tap on the body of the notification to open the full mail.
For compatible watches paired with an Android phone, installing the latest build of Outlook on your Phone from the Play Store automatically enables interactive notifications on the Watch. Notifications are mirrored to your watch.
Note: You need to have notifications enabled for Outlook on your phone to receive notifications on your watch.
If you're still not seeing notifications on your watch from Outlook, make sure Outlook isn't in the list of Blocked apps for Android Wear notifications. Go to the Android Wear app on your phone and check under Settings > Block app notifications.
