Insert a video from your computer

In Normal view, select the slide you'd like to add a video to.

On the Insert tab, select Video, then select Movie from File.

In the Choose a Movie dialog box, select the file you'd to insert.

• To embed the video on the slide, select Insert.

• To add a link to the video on the slide, in the lower-left corner of the dialog box, select Options, select the Link to file box, and then select Insert.

Select the slide where you'd like to add a video.

On the Insert tab, select Video.

Select This Device, then select a video file from your computer.

You can also choose to search Stock or Online video options: 

Select Insert.
