  1. Click Insert > Picture Placeholder.

    Click Insert, and then click Picture Placeholder

  2. In your publication, drag the picture handles to resize the frame, or position the cursor in the placeholder until it changes to the Move pointer pointer and drag the placeholder to another area of the publication.
