Create and customize labels with these options.

Address text box   Type an address or other label information. It only accepts text, but can be formatted. To format, select the text, right-click and use Font or Paragraph on the menu.

   Choose an address from your contacts list. -
Use return address   If you've typed your return address in on the Envelopes tab, this will copy it over to the Address text box.

​Full page of the same label Repeats the info from the Address box in every label on a sheet.

Single label Creates a single label that can be positioned on a sheet of labels using Row and Column.

​​​​​​​Label Shows a conceptual view of your label, along with the Label vendor and Product number (use Options to choose a label.)

Print Prints the label or labels directly to your default printer.
Note: Print does not show a preview or printer dialog. To make changes to printer after label is created, use New Document instead and print from the new document.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

New Document Creates a document with a table using the specifications of the selected label type. The document is a standard Word document and can be edited, saved, or printed. To create a page of blank labels, leave the Address box empty, and select New Document.

E-postage Properties If you have an electronic postage software add-in, you can access it from here.

Cancel Exit the dialog without making any changes. Selecting Print or New Document close the dialog as well.
