The Microsoft Teams (free) Insider program is an earlier version of Teams than the current live release. With Teams Insider, users can enjoy a first look at new features and the latest bug fixes.
Note: Teams Insider is currently available in Microsoft Teams (free) for Android and iOS.
To join Teams Insider:

Open the Teams app on your mobile device. Make sure you're signed in to your personal or small business account.

Tap your profile picture in the top corner, then tap Settings.

Tap Teams Insider program.

Tap Join to join the Teams Insider program.

You will need to close and restart the app to start using Teams Insider. Select Close app then reopen Teams.
Tips:

If you don't have the features available for Teams insiders, you may need to close and restart the Teams app again.
