Do one of the following depending if you're:

Creating a new meeting: Select Select Who can bypass the lobby? If you don't see this, choose More options on the right.

In an existing meeting: Open and scroll down, press Ctrl and select Meeting options.

Select who can bypass the lobby.

Select Save to keep your changes, close the web page (if from existing), and Save your meeting.
If you cannot see or set these options, ask your administrator to review Manage meeting policies in Teams for more information.
