Note: OneNote relies on Outlook (classic) for Email Copy of Page. Outlook (classic) needs to be installed and with an account configured for this functionality to work.
Send a page of notes over email

On the OneNote page that has the notes you want to send, choose Home > Email Page or Share > Email Copy of Page.

A message window will open with the contents of the page included in the email.
The contents of the page will be included in the body of the email unless the page is part of a section with data protection. If data protection is in place, then the contents will be converted into a pdf and attached to the email to keep the data protection.

Fill in the To, Cc, Bcc (if available), and Subject lines.

Add any comments for the recipients of your notes, and then click Send​​​​​​​
Important: The email will go into the outbox. In order for it to be sent, Outlook (classic) needs to be running. Make sure you launch Outlook (classic) from the Start menu if it is not already running.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
