Profiles help you create a distraction-free experience by letting you configure account boundaries in Outlook. These Profiles include things like associated accounts, notifications associated with these accounts, and themes. Profiles also let you tie your email accounts in Outlook to Apple’s Focus Filters as well. This will allow you to focus on the tasks that are important for you.
You can also customize the look and feel of your profiles, so that each one is tailored to your needs. With Profiles, you can easily switch between accounts with just one click. This will help you to manage multiple accounts easier than ever before.

You can only create an Outlook Profile if you have two or more accounts.

This feature is being rolled out and released gradually over the next few weeks.

The module switcher(i.e. Mail, Calendar & Contacts) is moved to the left navigation.
To add a Profile:

Select the All Accounts profile
button from the menu options on the left. -
In the Create Profiles window, follow the steps to create your new profile.

After the profile is added, you will see it in your list of Outlook folders on the left.
