You can choose from three different types of accounts to add to Outlook.

  • Microsoft 365

  • POP or IMAP

  • Exchange ActiveSync

To setup a Microsoft 365 account, enter your full email address and then choose Next. Otherwise, choose from one of the other two account types and then click Next.
