In classic Outlook, select the message or messages you want to mark as spam.

On the Home tab, select
Report Message and choose Junk to move the message to your Junk Email folder.If you don't see
Report Message, select the ellipsis ( ), then select Report Message.Note: If the sender you've chosen is within your organization or in the trusted senders list, then
Report Message will be missing or grayed out.

Select the messages you want to mark as spam:

In the message list, in the far-left column, point at the check box or profile picture for that row, then select it. (If you don't see a check box or profile picture, your message list is too narrow. Hide the reading pane or move the reading pane to the bottom position.)

To select multiple messages, you can press and hold Ctrl while you select each item.

To select multiple contiguous messages, you can select the first item, then press Shift while you select the last item. All the items in between will become selected, too.

On the Home tab, select Report, then choose one of the options.
