Move a file or folder

1. In OneDrive online, check the circle to the left or upper right of the item or items to move.
   For all files or folders, check Toggle selections for all items to the left of Name on column title bar, or press Ctrl+A.  

2. Select   Move to in the top menu, or select the ellipsis (...), and then choose Move to. 
   Note You may not be able to move files shared with you by others. 

3. Browse to the destination folder and select Move here. 

Tip: You can also drag and drop files and folders to and from OneDrive in Windows Explorer.
