My account isn't receiving email from a sender

There are many reasons why you might not be receiving email from a specific sender, such as bank statements or password reset messages from a social network account. Unfortunately, can't fix this issue for you.

To resolve the issue, you will need to contact the sender and let them know that you aren't receiving email at your account.

Please refer the sender to Sender Support where they can find information about best practices, recommended troubleshooting, and a link to contact our sender support team.
