Select File > Options.

Select Customize Ribbon.

On the right, from the Customize Ribbon drop-down, select Main Tabs.

In the list box below it, select Developer, then select OK.

On the ribbon, select the Developer tab, then select Visual Basic to open the Visual Basic for Applications code editor.Â

On the Tools Menu, select Macro.

Select Visual Basic Editor from the Macros menu.
Using the Visual Basic Editor isn't currently possible in PowerPoint for the web. You can, however, Open the Visual Basic Editor in the PowerPoint desktop app.

To open the desktop app, at the top of the ribbon, select
 Editing and choose Open in Desktop App. ​​​​​​​
