ISSUE

After updating to Version 2603 (Build 19822.20114) on premise Exchange web add-ins stopped loading in classic Outlook.

STATUS: FIXED

The Outlook Team is addressing this issue with a change from the service. The change is expected to be available by end of day 4/22/26. To pick up the change, restart Outlook. It can take up to four hours for service changes to be picked up by Outlook.

WORKAROUND

To work around the issue, you can revert to Version 2602.  

  1. Open a Command Prompt in Administrator context.

  2. Type or paste the two commands into the Command Prompt window and press Enter after each:

    • cd %programfiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun

    • officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.19725.20152
