Pin Outlook to the Taskbar or Start menu

Pin classic Outlook to the Windows Taskbar: 

• Open classic Outlook. On the taskbar, right-click the   Outlook icon and select Pin to taskbar. 

  When you close Outlook, the icon stays on the taskbar. 

Pin classic Outlook to the Windows Start menu: 

1. Press the Windows key or the  Start button and type Outlook.

2. In the results, right-click Outlook and choose Pin to Start.

Pin new Outlook to the Windows Taskbar:

• Open new Outlook​​​​​​​. On the taskbar, right-click the   Outlook icon and select Pin to taskbar. 

  When you close Outlook, the icon stays on the taskbar. 

Pin new Outlook​​​​​​​ to the Windows Start menu: 

1. Press the Windows key or the  Start button and type Outlook.

2. In the results, right-click new Outlook​​​​​​​ and choose Pin to Start.

Pin Outlook for Mac​​​​​​​ to the Mac Dock

1. Open Outlook for Mac and control-click Outlook icon in the Dock.

2. Select Options, then choose Keep in Dock. 

   When you close Outlook for Mac​​​​​​​​​​​​​​, the icon stays in the Dock.
