You can't print gridlines in Excel for the web, but you can mimic gridlines by applying borders to the cells

  1. Select cells that you to include.

  2. Go to the Home tab and select Borders under Font, and choose  All borders icon All Borders
    You can also press Ctrl+Shift_7 to open Borders

  3. On the File tab, select Print.

  4. Choose options and select Print for a preview. Select Print when ready.

Go to the Page Layout tab and select Print under Gridlines.

Tip: Clear the box to print without gridlines.
