Applies ToOneNote for iOS

You can print single OneNote pages on your iPhone or iPad.

iPad

  1. In any notebook, navigate to the page you want to print.

  2. In the upper-right, tap the Share icon.

  3. Tap Send Copy of Page.

  4. Tap Send with Another App.

  5. Tap Print.

    Tip: You can also tap Create PDF to print the current page as a PDF document. When the PDF document opens, tap Share in the upper right and then tap Print to print a PDF version of the page.

  6. Select the printer and the number of copies you want to print.

  7. Tap Print to print the page.

iPhone

  1. In any notebook, navigate to the page you want to print.

  2. In the upper-right, tap the ellipsis icon ( ... ), and then tap Share.

  3. Tap Send with Another App.

  4. Tap Print.

    Tip: You also tap Create PDF to print the current page as a PDF document. When the PDF document opens, tap Share in the upper right and then tap Print to print a PDF version of the page.

  5. Select the printer and the number of copies you want to print.

  6. Tap Print to print the page.
