The Properties dialog box, available when composing new messages in Outlook, allows you to set various options on your message. Select the information you need from below.
Settings
In this section, you can assign Importance and Sensitivity labels to your message. For more information, see Mark your email as Normal, Personal, Private, or Confidential.
Select the Do not AutoArchive this item check box if you don't want Outlook to automatically AutoArchive this message.
Security
Click the Security Settings button to open the Security Properties dialog box where you can define various security settings for your message. For more information, see Encrypt email messages. Voting and Tracking Options
In this section, you can attach voting buttons to your message as well as add and request read receipts and delivery notifications.

Delivery Options
In this section, you can select a list of contacts to send your message to, schedule the message to be sent at a specific day and time, and assign a category for your message.
Click the Select Names button to open your contact list and select which person or people you want to send your message.
