In classic Outlook, in the left folder pane, select Deleted Items.
Select the (>) icon if you don't see the left pane.

Select the deleted message to recover and, on the Home tab, selectÂ
 Move. -
Choose a location from the list. Or, selectÂ
 Other Folder, then select the folder where the message should be moved to.
If you can't find a deleted message, see Recover deleted items from the server.
Tip: You can also drag messages to other folders.Â

Choose a location from the list or select Move to a different folder and then choose a location from the full folder list.
