When you have recurring billing on for your Microsoft 365 for business plan, your subscription will automatically renew each month or year.

Here's how to check to make sure recurring billing is turned on:

Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center. Sign in with the admin account for your business or with an account that has admin permissions.

Go to Billing > Your products.

Select the product you want to manage.

In the Billing settings section, select Edit recurring billing.

In the Edit recurring billing pane, select On or Off.

Select Save.
Cancel your Microsoft 365 for business subscription
The easiest way to cancel your subscription is to turn off recurring billing. When you turn off recurring billing, you can continue to use your subscription until it expires at the end of the subscription term.

Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center. Sign in with the admin account for your business or with an account that has admin permissions.

Go to Billing > Your products.

Select the product you want to manage.

In the Billing settings section, select Cancel subscription.

Choose whether to cancel now or cancel before the next renewal date.
