In classic Outlook, select or open the message you want to reply to.

On the Home or Message tab, select
Reply to reply only to the sender, or Reply All to reply to all recipients. -
Type your reply. You can add or remove recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc fields. Select Options >
Bcc, or the ellipsis ( ) > Bcc to add the Bcc field. -
Select Send.
Tip: To add a custom signature, see Create a signature.

In new Outlook, select or open the message you want to reply to.
