From August 2023 onwards, the Reuse Files feature won’t be available. You will not be able to see Reuse Files on the ribbon in the Word user interface.
However, you can use Search in Word to search your files, preview them, and reuse them.
Note: If you have not yet installed the most recent Office update for your Microsoft 365 subscription, you might still see Reuse Files in Word. Although you can open the pane, the feature won't work.
