Pages, file attachments, PDFs, or text boxes can't be rotated, but images can. As a workaround, create a screenshot of the attachment to paste and rotate as an image on the page.
-
Press Windows logo keyÂ
+Shift+S to capture part of your screen. -
When the screen dims, drag a selection over just the part of the image that you want to keep.
-
Click where you want the screen clipping to appear and press Ctrl+V to paste it.
-
Right-click the image, select Rotate, and choose an option:
-
Rotate the image 90 degrees
 Left or   Right. -
Flip the imageÂ
  Horizontally or   Vertically.
-
Rotating pages, file attachments, PDFs, or text boxes isn't currently possible in OneNote for the web. However, you can do a workaround in the OneNote desktop app.
-
To open the desktop app, select Editing and choose Open in Desktop App at the top of the ribbon.
Don't have the app? Get it for free in the Microsoft Store.
