Round a number to the number of digits you specify

1. Select the cells to format.

2. On the Home tab, choose either   Increase Decimal or   Decrease Decimal.
   If the buttons don't work, select Number from Number Format drop-down.  

Note: This only displays a rounded number, the original number is still there for calculation and formulas.
