  1. In the navigation bar on the left margin of classic Outlook, select Shows People Icon People.

  2. On the Home tab, type a name into the Search People box at the right end, and press Enter. 

    Select the matching item to open the full contact information page.

Tip: To add a person to your contacts list, on the Home tab select New Contact and fill in their info.
