Click a cell to select it or use the keyboard arrows to navigate to a cell.

To select non-adjacent cells, hold down ⌘ and select the cells.

To select all cells, press ⌘+A.

Select row number or column letter to select the whole row or column.

To select only visible cells, select more than one cell and press option+; (semicolon).
Tip: To select a row or column to the end of data, select the first cell and press ⌘+Shift+Right Arrow or ⌘+Shift+Down Arrow. If a row or column has blank cells, repeat pressing keys to select additional cells. For more info, see Select cells or ranges.
