In PowerPoint for the web, you can send a file as an attachment in Outlook.com or Outlook Web App in Microsoft 365. The recipient gets a copy of the file that they can save it with a new name to edit. You can also send a link to your presentation that you can collaborate on with others.
From Outlook.com

Create a new message.

On the Insert tab, select
Attach file. -
Go to your OneDrive folder, and then to the folder that contains the presentation you want to send.

Double-click the file to attach it to the email.

In the To box, add the email addresses of the people you want to send the attachment to, and then add a subject.

Select
Send.
From Outlook in Microsoft 365

In Microsoft 365, select Apps and choose Outlook.

Select Newmail and enter your recipient's email addresses and the subject.

On the Insert tab, select
Attach file. -
Open your OneDrive for your organization.

Browse for and select the presentation file

Choose to either Share link or Attach.

Add an optional message and select
Send.
Send a link to your presentation from PowerPoint for the web

Select
Share in the upper right corner, and choose Share again. -
Enter the email addresses of the people to send the link to.

Select
Can edit to set whether the recipients can edit, view, or download the presentation. -
Choose
Link settings to set who the link works for, or other settings and select Apply. -
Add an optional message and select
Send.
