Lync Web App automatically detects and selects the most compatible audio device for your meeting. You can change this device depending on your needs. Click 
To change your audio device

In the Audio Device section, click the drop-down arrow next to the device displayed.

Click the device you want to use.
To customize your audio device
In the Customize Your Device section:

Click the drop-down arrow next to the speaker choice displayed, and click the speaker you want to use.

Click the drop-down arrow next to the microphone choice displayed, and click the microphone you want to use.

Click OK to save your changes.
Stereo playback
The option to allow stereo audio playback when available is selected by default. This ensures that the best audio quality is available during a meeting.
