In classic Outlook, select the View tab.

Under Messages or Current View, select Show as Conversations.

Select which folder you want this change to apply to: This folder (your current folder), or All mailboxes.

In new Outlook​​​​​​​ a conversation includes all messages in the same thread with the same subject line.

In mail, the View tab, then select Conversations > Group into conversations.
