Microsoft Forms

To transfer form ownership, you'll first need to create a group. Then you can move the form to a group so all group members have full editing capabilities. For more info on groups, see Learn about Microsoft 365 groups.

  1. On the Forms home page, select My forms.

  2. Hover over the form you'd like to transfer, select More options  Generic Ellipsis button and choose Move form to a group icon Move to a group.

  3. Choose a group, and then select Move.

Groups are available only in Microsoft 365 business accounts.
