Troubleshooting sending photos in GroupMe on Mobile

The first time you try to send a photo on your mobile device, a window will appear asking for permission to access your photos. You need to tap Allow. However, if you originally chose not to allow GroupMe access, you'll need to update your permissions.

To update permissions:

  1. Go to your phone's Settings.

  2. Scroll down and tap GroupMe.

  3. Switch the toggle for Camera on.

To update permissions:

  2. Tap Apps.

  3. Scroll down and tap GroupMe.

  4. Tap Permissions.

  5. Switch the toggle for Camera on.
