In classic Outlook, select File > Options.

On the Search tab, clear the Show most relevant search results on top check box.

Select OK.

In new Outlook, in
Mail, on the View tab, select View settings. -
Select General > Search.

Under Search Results, clear the Show top three most relevant results check box.

Select Save.

In Outlook for Mac go to Outlook > Settings and select Search.

Under Search Results, clear the Show top results check box.

Close the window to save your changes.
