To show the fields list, right-click in the PivotTable, then select Show Field List. ​​​​​​​To hide the fields list, right-click the PivotTable and choose Hide Field List. 

In the PivotTable Fields section you can:

  • Select checkboxes to include data in your PivotTable.

  • Drag fields of data to sections of the PivotTable.
