On the Animations tab, select Animation Pane.
In the pane that opens on the right, animations for the current slide are numbered to indicate the order in which they will appear during the slide show.

Set the order in which animations play by selecting an animation and using the up or down arrows.

Play a preview of how the animations will look in the presentation.

Designate which action triggers an animation, such as Start On Click, Start With Previous, or Start After Previous.

Change the kind of animation effect you want, such as from Fade to Swivel.

Set the duration of an animation.

Add sound, text, and other additional effects to an animation by choosing an animation and selecting Effect Options.
